Shrimad Bhagwat Katha Saptah Team
An Introduction
The Bhagwat Team comprising 4 persons is coming again to USA with the blessing and
guidance of Saint Shri Ramesh Baba ji of Man Garh, Gehvarvan, Barsana(Radha Rani's
birth place). Shri Ramesh Baba Ji is among one of the few renounced saints remaining
in Braj Dham who love Braj Dham and are concerned for the deteriorating Lila Places
of Shri Shri Radha Krishna in Braj Dham. He does not have any ashram or property
and does not hold any bank account. He is a very dedicated and devoted saint to
the Dham and Its causes.
Objective of USA Trip
This will be Bhagwat team’s eigth trip to USA. They have performed several Bhagwat
Kathas and Devotional Bhajans Programs in temples and individual homes glorifying
Shri Shri Radha Krishna, Srimad Bhagvatam, and Braj Dham, in a traditional Braj
style. These programs are not commercial and the money is not a criteria or a demand.
These Brajbasis are totally renounced and do not carry with them a single penny.
All the money collected is deposited in the account of Braj Dham Seva, Inc; a non-profit
organization formed by a few NRI’s in the USA, and then sent gradually for the on-going
and monitored Braj Dham projects. The Braj Dham Seva Organization is run by volunteers
and it has no paid employees. All the collected money is strictly used for the renovation
of Braj Dham’s deteriorating Lila Places; for medicines/medical services for needy;
for Goshalas to feed and protect cows; for schools and needy school children; and
for serving free parsadam to the needy Brajbasis.

VYAS JI: Pandit Ramji Lal Sharma,Ph.D.(Spiritual Field), MA (Sanskrit & Hindi),Shastri
(Varanasi)
Pandit Ramji Lal Shastri, Ph.D. (Spiritual Field), MA (Sanskrit and Hindi), Shastri
(Varanasi). A brajbasi born and raised in Barsana, and always lived in Braja. He
lives at Man Garh with Sri Ramesh Baba Ji. He holds PhD and two MA degrees. He has
been performing Bhagvat Katha for the last 13 years. He is aajanam brahamchari,
means cellibate all his life. He has given up all worldly comforts while preaching
the glories of Srimad Bhagwatam under the guidance of Saint Sri Ramesh Baba JI.

MUSIC PLAYER/SINGER: Madan Mohan Ji Brajbasi
A well-known folk and bhajan singer on Radio Station and TV. He is married but has
accepted Vanprastha Ashram 6 years ago, and is in the process to take sanyas. He
lives at Man Garh with Sri Ramesh Baba Ji, and serves Baba ji and deities Sri Sri
Radha Man Bihari Ji very lovingly. He is a very simple and totally renounced Brajbasi.
He is a very talented singer and has even recorded some bhajan casettes.

FLUTE PLAYER/SINGER: Narsingh Das
He is another brahamchari who came to Sri Ramesh Baba Ji at a young age from Rajasthan
and has been living at Man Garh for more than 16 years and serving Sri Sri Radha
Man Bihari Ji and Sri Ramesh Baba Ji. He is a very talented allrounder, bhajan &
folk songs singer, dholak player, and a wonderful Flute Player.

DHOLAK PLAYER: Girdhar Singh
He is the youngest member of the team and is a wonderful dholak player. He is also
very well learned Shastri, educated and trained from Varanasi. He is also a brahamchari,
and has been serving Sri Ramesh Baba Ji from the childhood along with his father,
mother, and three brothers devotedly.
